Aircraft Parts Warehouse System

The warehouse system assists in supervising the work of the aircraft supply warehouse and fulfilling its tasks and duties required through the completion of formal procedures upon receipt, issuing or return of spare parts.

The system works to achieve the correlation between procedures and data used at all work stages: from the arrival of issuing requests for maintenance requirements and ensuring that the required quantities are available for issuing.

If the quantity is unavailable, purchase requisitions are prepared for suppliers and will be followed up at the warehouse and then issued as needed.

The objectives of the system are achieved through the following stages of work:

1. Preparation phase of spare parts requests 2. The stage of issuing purchase orders to suppliers 3. The stage of receiving and supplying the materials from outside parties and returning to them 4. Issuing phase to the inner warehouses 5. Quality and quality control phase 6. Inventory Control phase
